Apomorphine Plexis formulation release data

Shown below is data from an in vivo apomorphine formulation study using rats. In the graph, red triangles are Apokyn® (commercial formulation of apomorphine hydrochloride); blue squares are uncoated apomorphine particles; and black triangles are polymer coated apomorphine particles.

A control group of rats (n =3) received injections of 6 mg.kg^-1 of Apokyn®. Three rats in each experimental group (coated or uncoated particles) received 6 mg.kg^-1 doses of the corresponding sustained release formulation.
